EQ is produced by PeoplePlacesThingsMiami (PPTM). This page explains what we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and who it reaches. Plain language, no surprises.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into a form on this site.
- RSVP form: your name, artist name if you give one, email, what you do, a link to your music if you add one, and your Instagram and TikTok handles.
- Vendor application: your business name, contact name, email, what you sell, a link to your shop, your handles, whether you need power, and your agreement to the vendor terms.
- Filming consent: your answer to the on-camera question, since EQ is filmed and published as part of the series.
We do not run ad trackers, and we do not buy or sell personal information.
How we use it
- To review your RSVP or application and confirm you by email.
- To run the night: the door list, check-in, The Demo Room, and headshots.
- To email you about this edition of EQ and future ones. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Who it reaches
Your entries are stored and handled with a few services that run EQ:
- Google (Sheets and Apps Script) stores the submissions and sends your confirmation email.
- Supabase holds the guest list that powers our check-in app.
- Vercel hosts this website.
Each of these only processes your information so we can run the event. We share it with no one else.
Photos and video
EQ is filmed. The session, The Demo Room, and the room get recorded and published as part of the EQ series and to promote future editions. Attending means you may appear in that footage. If you would rather not be on camera, tell a member of the team at the door.
How long we keep it
We keep RSVP and vendor records for as long as we run EQ, so we can recognize returning members and plan future editions. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you gave us, or to stop receiving emails. Email contact@peopleplacesthingsmiami.com and we will take care of it.
