Who you'll be selling to

EQ is PPTM's free monthly summit for Miami's music industry, and it draws the people who build careers here.

The room runs 100 plus creatives per edition. Artists, rappers, producers, engineers, managers, photographers, videographers, and the professionals who make decisions all come through the same four hours. Everyone on the list is vetted on intent, so nobody is in the building by accident and nobody is walking past your table on their way somewhere else.

Entry is free for attendees, which means the money they brought is still in their pocket when they get to you.

Your space in the room

One vendor space for the full four hours, placed where the room actually walks. You bring your own table, cover, and setup.

02 / Reach

Named in the promo

Confirmed vendors get named in PPTM's edition promo and tagged in the recap. PPTM reaches over 600K people a month across Miami.

03 / Access

Full run of the night

You are an attendee too. Sit in on the workshop, watch The Demo Room, and get your free headshot like everybody else.

  • Setups that need the room's attention while a session is running.

You apply

Fill out the form below. It takes about three minutes and we read every one of them.

We come back to you within 48 hours

You get a yes or a no by email. If it is a no we will tell you why, and you are welcome to apply again for a later edition.

You pay $50 to hold the spot

We send a payment link with the confirmation. The space is not held until the $50 clears, and spaces go in the order they are paid.

Load-in details go out the week of

You get arrival time, load-in instructions, and where your space sits by email a few days before August 18.

EQ is filmed. Every edition gets recorded and published as a series, and the floor ends up in those edits along with everything else. Expect your table to be on camera.

Before you send this

The short version

  • Applying does not reserve anything. A space is yours once we confirm you and the $50 clears.
  • The $50 is non refundable once paid, since holding your space means turning somebody else away.
  • You bring your own table, cover, lighting, signage, and payment method. PPTM provides the floor space.
  • You handle your own sales and your own taxes. PPTM takes no cut of what you sell.
  • You break down at the end of the night and take everything with you.
